Hooray for seriously crap titles!! (¬_¬) Oh well, it's about Berryz Koubou growing up and Versailles' new member, so it makes sense. (XD)

Firstly, Berryz Koubou:
Most people (who like Berryz Koubou) will know that their new single Shining Power will be released on the 10th of November. Previews have been released along with a profile picture for it. The song sounds epic, and it's pretty damn catchy. I still can't get the "Shining Shining Shining Power" out of my head (XD) Here's the preview:

I can't wait to see the dance for this single, I hope it's good. Don't get me wrong, I loves Maji Bomber, and the dance was good, but it looked a little rag-doll-ish...Oh well. When I first saw the profile picture I was pretty shocked. I realised just how much they had grown. (XD) It's to be expected seeing as 5 of them are 18 and there are 7 members. Actually, Saki's birthday is 22nd November, which makes her 19 in a month. They really have changed a lot from the 12-14 year olds they used to be. (XD) To prove my point:

Admittedly some have barely changed, but most have changed a lot. Starting with the oldest, Saki. She hasn't changed too much, except she's matured a lot. Momoko...hasn't changed AT ALL. Chinami, has changed a lot if you ask me. Her face is more mature, she's changed her hair, she has fantastic legs, and she's just grown up in general. (XD)

CASE CLOSED.

Onto Maasa! I think it's fairly obvious that she's grown up quite a bit. Her face is a pretty good giveaway. It's a hell of a lot more mature. See?

She's amazingly gorgeous. (XD) (To be fair, they all are...XD)

Miyabi! She's one of the younger ones, and it shows in the 2005 pic. But now she looks amazing! I adore this pic of her:

Second last, Yurina! Now she amazes me. How hot does she look now? Very. She's been doing a lot of growing up. And up. And up. She's annoyingly tall. Yet she's still cute! That takes skill people.You can tell from the Shining Power picture that she's matured.

And now, last but not least, Risako! Now, if you ask me, she's changed the most. From a cute goofy smile into a mature attention demanding look. She was grown up, a lot. She's still the youngest (obviously) but it doesn't show. Although personally, I prefer this look:

I really can't wait to see the PV for this single. The song itself sounds awesome and the outfits/appearance in general looks fecking amazing. Unfortunately, the single isn't out until November! *falls on floor* Ah well. (¬_¬)

Now that I've gone on about Berryz Koubou for a little while, it's time for Versailles! (Full name = Versailles-Philharmonic Quintet)

People who have known about Versailles for a little while will probably know that their original bassist, Jasmine You, died. I'm unaware about how he died, but apparently it was semi-unexpected. It really is a shame, because he was an awesome bassist, and had a great look.

Although it's depressing that he died (apparently he suffered a lot in his last days too >.<) it's nice to know that the band is slowly moving on from their loss. They now have a new bassist! His name is Masashi. He was the band's supporting bassist during their most recent tour. He was only supposed to support them but it was decided that he would become an official member. I can't comment on him a lot, because I haven't heard him play. Although I gotta say he looks great. He really fits in appearance-wise.

They have a new single coming up too, except it's coming out a lot sooner. (XD) It's released on the 27th of October and it's called 'Destiny-The Lovers-' I can't wait! It'll be interesting to see (^^)

H!P Calenders

Sorry, couldn't resist. I know I said I was going to continue reviewing the Berryz concert, but hey. I'm inconsistent, sue me. (XD) Besides, personally I think this is slightly more interesting. (=D)

There have been previews of the H!P calenders circling the web for a little while, but I've managed to stumble across a LOT of Berryz Koubou calender scans, which makes me really want the bloody things. (XD) But first, let's go through the others!

Morning Musume:

I'm not going to say much, seeing as Wotaku Now! did a pretty good analysis, but I will say that all of them look pretty damn amazing in this photo. (Except for Aika. Aika looks creepy. If I'm honest.) I really love this photo, but I think it would kill me to see this next year (In a summer month I'm guessing XD) seeing as Linlin, Junjun and Eri are leaving this year. Seems pretty damn stupid to release a calender with all 3 of the leavers in it. *facepalms*

C-ute:

Admittedly, I'm not as familiar with the C-ute girls as I am with Momusu or Berryz, but their recent stuff isn't bad, and hey they look good in bikinis. (XD) All of them look fantastic.

*slaps self* I'm such a bad wota. I haven't actually heard any of their stuff yet, but I'm fairly sure they're great. (XD) All I know is their names. From left to right, they're Saki, Yuuka, Ayaka and Kanon. They're all adorable, especially Yuuka and Kanon.

Berryz Koubou:

Yeah, I know it's not the best photo, and it's not an official preview, but I wanted to continue the bikini theme. (^^) They all look amazing, and there are a couple things I want to point out.

a) They all have super cute smiles.

b) Their hairstyles are awesome.

c) Risako has *ahem* 'grown'

d) Chinami NEEDS to eat. She reminds me of Koharu...

I would put the front cover in this post, but I have NO idea where it's gone. I fail. I'm sorry. (XD) Here are the other anyway:

Personally I think this is a really cute photo. I thought I preferred Chinami's longer hair, but this photo made me fall in love with her current hair. (XD) She just looks gorgeous regardless. (XD) If there's anything wrong with this photo, it's that Maasa's smile looks a little forced, but her school uniform looks really cute. (XD)

Oh the cuteness. (X3) I love both Miya and Saki in this picture, but I have to be honest. Miyabi looks better than Saki in this photo. I'm not sure on Saki's hair in the photo (Miya's is AMAZING), her expression is cute though. (X3)

Would you look at that? MOAR cuteness! *Still refusing believe that Momoko has been 18 for a couple of months now* Yurina looks unbelievably stunning in this photo.

This has got to be one of or my favourite photo that I've seen. I love all of them, but this is brilliant. The setting is gorgeous, the girls look beautiful and it's just amazing. All four of them look cute, and I especially love Maasa and Saki in this photo.

I gotta say, Miyabi's hair is just, quite frankly, fecking weird. And yet I like it. (XD) Oh well. Miyabi's known for her crazy hairstyles. (XD) Chinami and Yurina just look adorable. (X3)

All of the calenders look cute, but if I had money, I would have to get the Berryz Koubou calender. Depressingly, I have no money, therefore I can't. (XD) Which one would you get, assuming you had the money?

Just a Quick Post

So, I recently discovered something. Recently being about 3/4 hours ago. Something fucking glorious.

I think I may have died. IT'S FUCKING WIN. Saki and Miyabi have never been this sexy. I'll quickly (NOT) go through it, in gifs, simply because I can! (XD) (Because the spacing in this post has gone a little weird, for reasons I don't understand, I'm just going to clarify, that the comments about the gif, goes UNDER the gif.)

The intro intrigues me. I've never really heard anything like this from Berryz Koubou before...Because of the title of the YouTube video I know it's only Saki and Miyabi performing. But if I hadn't read the title I would have no idea till this point. I really have to watch the whole of this concert. I may just have to get it on DVD...

My GOD I love this. You can see why Saki's called the best dancer...*drools*

My GOD I really love this. The girls sing really well even though it's been quite a while into the concert (as you can tell by the sweat XD) Then they start dancing again, showing how wonderfully flexible they are. Especially Saki.

Saki smirks at the camera and the wotas. She knows what she's doing.

I love how well both Miyabi and Saki sing. Miyabi is better than Saki though to be honest. But it's all good, as Saki is better then Miyabi at dancing. It evens out nicely, making these two quite an awesome duo.

How could you not love this?

I could watch this all day. (And I pretty much have XD)

It's a shame it ends, but it ends brilliantly. With body rolling. Saki's a fecking pro. (XD)

Overall I absolutely adore everything about this video. (XD) The first time I watched I wasn't sure about the song. But after listening to it a couple times, it really grew on me. I love the song, I REALLY love the dance, I love the lights, I love the graphics they put on the screen behind them, and the costumes are fantastic. Admittedly, they're probably uncomfortable, but that clearly didn't stop them from dancing amazingly well. As you probably know I've started 'revewing' Berryz Koubou's new concert tour. I really hope something like this is in it. (I haven't watched the whole thing yet, but part 2 should be coming soon.) They're growing up, and they can pull off stuff like this really well. It's videos like this which make me question, WHERE THE FUCK IS SAKI'S PHOTOBOOK!? Just wondering... Anyway, here's a subbed version for anyone who's interested. (^^)

The wotas are going crazy as usual. I really want to get one of those spinny glowsticks things though. They're awesome! (XD) By the way, in case you were wondering that screen in the middle of the picture is showing a photo of a beach. I haven't watched the whole concert yet, but it's looks like it's going to be beach/summer themed. (^^) The opening music is really cute (X3) (By the way, I apologize for the fail cropping on these pictures, but somebody screwed with the photo editing program, I don't know how to change it back XD)

The lights go up to reveal 4 of the 7 Berryz members. Risako, Yurina, Miyabi and Saki.

My dear sweet Captain leading the whole Intro. (^^) Saki looks quite cute, but she needs to dye her hair back to it's original colour. I don't like her with light brunette hair. Yurina looks really cute too. Risako needs to wear a skirt that suits her, and Miyabi's outfit is meh. (XD) Her voice seems smexier than usual, so that makes up for it. (XD)

At about 2:22 into the video Maasa and Chinami join in. Maasa owns badass even in a white poofy-ish mini skirt and a bow (XD) Chinami looks adorable, the outfit really suits her, and she looks rather tanned. Maasa looks really pale next to her. (XD)

Saki sounds fecking ADORABLE when she says 'No no no'. X3

At about 4:34 in the video a random wota shouts 'Yurina' AMAZINGLY loud. You can't really see her face, but you can't help but think she feels proud of herself. And why not? (XD) She's not even allowed to have a boyfriend, yet she still has guys shouting her name. What can I say? She's cute. (XD)

Momo comes in soon after the random wota shout, looking cute. (As always.) Carrying a random box. I'm sure it wouldn't be random if I understood what the feck was going on. Oh well. (XD)

And at the end of the video Risako is left all alone. Pretending to text? Either she's going mime, or she leading to the next part!! (XD)

01) Maji Good Chance Summer:

Ah! Risako was pretending to phone somebody, not texting. Although I fail to see the relevance of this. Being fluent in Japanese would be useful right now. Unfortunately, I am not fluent. Oh well.

The girls start to make their way back on stage, during the intro to the first song of the concert! It sounds cute, looks like it will be quite a fun song. (^^) All the girls are smiling.

This really is cute. Some people skip the VTRs and MCs. I recommend that you don't skip this, it's quite fun to watch. (X3) Reminds me of Alo Hello.

The VTR starts to end as it zooms out on the girls with an obviously animated flag. Who are they trying to kid? (XD)

02) Rival:

DAMN. Those dresses are poofy. (XD) I would love to wear one. I would just stand and twirl. (XD) They're circle skirts, therefore, rather twirly. (XD) They're also very sparkly. I shouldn't like them as much as I do. (XD)

*facepalm* RISAKO. Get those bloody things out of your ears. I HATE hoops.

Don't have many comments for this, as they're just talking to the audience, and I don't understand Japanese. (XD) All of the girls talk, except Maasa talks for the longest.

At about 1:04 Chinami interrupts Maasa by giggling. Maasa seems surprised, so I don't think she was supposed to giggle. (XD) It's quite cute. I don't understand Japanese, but I get a feeling that Maasa playfully told her off afterwards. Maasa made Chinami laugh about 3 times. So cute! (X3) So now, not only do I support ChinamiXMiyabi, but I now support MaasaXChinami too! (XD) I really should stop shipping real people. (XD)

Ok, so this isn't the best screenshot, but whatever. (XD) Yurina looks beautiful in this outfit, it really suits her. Also, is it me, or does Momoko look scares of Maasa? (XD) Onto the next part!

03) Koi no Jubaku:

The lighting is epic throughout the whole song.

All of the girls sing incredibly well in this, especially Risako. Although I couldn't help but notice, Yurina sounds slightly tired? It doesn't surprise me. You can tell that the girls are starting to sweat (A few of them are 'glowing', one of them being Yurina) and it's understandable. They're dancing and singing, and it gets bloody hot under stage lights too. (Believe me, I know.)

I really like the dance to this! I've never seen the danceshot to Koi no Jubaku. (I've just never been able to find it) but it looks awesome! I shall have to try and learn it. (X3)

I'm jealous. (XD) I wouldn't be able to walk in those boots, yet they can dance and jump around in them. (You know, without falling over XD)

IT'S THE LOOK!!!!!!!!!!

Ok, so it's a fail screenshot because Maasa was moving a lot, but it's obvious that the smile is gone and the look has taken it's place! (XD)

Wait...she's smiling again...Hmm...Oh well. (XD) I know the look will come back. (XD) She puts on that expression more as she gets more exhausted, which again is understandable. It's a pain n the ass to smile all the time on stage. (Also, these wotas are dedicated. XD It's like they rehearse with the girls. They know exactly what to chant, and when. XD)

Tsunku, you FAIL!

What's this? A blog post!! Indeed, it has been quite a while, and I apologize, but tough. (XD) First post in ages is a rant. Oh well. (XD)

Some people may have guessed what this post is about from the title alone. Recently-ish Tsunku showed up on stage during a Hello! Project 2010 SUMMER ~Fankora! Kobe Basho Yoru~ concert. To completely fuck up Morning Musume. Well done dumbass. Tsunku has decided to graduate not one, not two, but three girls. Leaving only 5 left. I'd like to point out during the 'golden era' of morning musume, the most it had was 16 girls, and now there are 5? Ok, so there are going to be auditions for new girls, but how well is that going to turn out? Tsunku's asking for 10-17 year olds to audition. Excuse me, but 10!? Ai's 24! Risa and Sayumi are 21, Reina's 20 and Aika is 17. One of Morning Musume's recent singles is about seducing a prince, the lyrics are basically saying instead of unrequited love, let's share lust! And there are 10 year olds auditioning!? I see a small flaw here. Ai's a full grown 24 year old woman, she really doesn't belong singing childish 'fun' songs with 10 year olds.

Quite frankly, Morning Musume is fucked. It doesn't make any sense graduating these girls. Well Eri Kamei, is different. She has a serious health problem, so I can understand her leaving. I don't want her to, but I can see why she is. But Junjun and Linlin!? WTF. Both can sing really well (Linlin's better than Junjun quite frankly.) and both of them are simply awesome. They have great personalities, they're both beautiful, and they're both entertaining. And Tsunku decides they should go back to China? SCREW YOU. I know that they miss their family and stuff, but I don't think they want to leave Morning Musume. From what I've read, it sounds like they don't get a choice. I adore Junjun and Linlin! And now they're leaving. Tsunku, you really do suck. And now so does Morning Musume. Member analysis (In age order):

Ai Takahashi: She's gorgeous, she has an amazing voice, she's a geek and she has a cute personality. All of this = EPIC IDOL. But like I said earlier, she doesn't belong with 10 year olds. She deserves to show off her voice. She's awesome, I don't know what the new girls will do to her...

Junjun (Real name = Chun Li): Leaving. When she REALLY shouldn't be. She's an awesome singer, and has a great personality. She's really fun to watch. She's the fecking badass of the group! You can't get rid of her. Just not fair. I'm glad she planning on having a solo career in China though. I will be ready to support her. I want to see her carry on.

Risa Niigaki: She's basically a younger Ai. (XD) I adore her voice, just like Ai's, and she's obviously beautiful too. I'm hoping she won't be effected, but she doesn't really belong with 10 year olds either. Her voice is way too powerful for children to possibly compare with.

Eri Kamei: One of the girls leaving. A huge shame too. She's got quite a cute voice, and she's really beautiful. Admittedly she doesn't really have a memorable personality, but I'll be sad to see her go.

Sayumi Michishige: The cutest bitch I'll ever know. (Seriously.) She thinks the cutest person in the world, and she makes sure people know it. The annoying thing? She's too cute to get mad at. She's adorable, but obsessed with herself. The only reason she got recruited into Morning Musume is the first place was because she was cute. She can't even sing very well. So she REALLY can't replace Eri and become a front girl. however I think she'll work quite well with younger members. Assuming she doesn't scare them that is...

Reina Tanaka: The other cute one. (XD) I really think she should stay in Morning Musume. She's cute, she's got a cute voice, and I know she gets on well with the Berryz. All of which are younger than her. So logically she'd work quite well with new children. She'd fit in anyway. Or she could always form a trio with Ai and Risa. (More on that later.)

Linlin (Real name = Qian Lin): REALLY annoyed that she's leaving. She can sing REALLY well and Tsunku never really gave her a chance to show it. She's wonderfully hyper, which makes her very entertaining and she is gorgeous. So far I haven't read or heard any news about her starting a career in China, but I hope she does. She deserves one.

Aika Mitsui: Oh, she used to be so cute. I have no idea how old this photo is! (XD) I love her hair like this, and it makes her look cute. But recently she dyed her hair brunette and keeps showing her forehead. Believe me, that's really not so cute. Plus her smile is slightly creepy. She has an usual voice. Kinda cute, but unusual. She's got quite a cute personality, but not many people like her. So she can't really pull off being a front girl. But she is the youngest, and would probably get on really well with new members, so she'll probably keep on going the way she has been.

So, Morning Musume will fail...UNLESS! I recently discovered a Morning Musume song, called Take Off is Now! Ai, Risa and Reina form a trio to sing an epic, if a little slutty, song. It's quite frankly amazing. It shows the girls off, and it makes it fairly obvious they don't belong singing with children. Because I can't embed the video, here's the link: Take Off is Now!

So what Tsunku could do is split Morning Musume up. Into Ai, Risa and Reina who could form a trio. While Sayumi and Aika take the new members and see what happens...I don't think it'll end well, but at least Ai, Risa and Reina would be safe! (XD)

Well Morning Musume are potentially very screwed, but at least Berryz Koubou and C-ute are doing well! (XD) Berryz Koubou have been getting better live. (Especially Saki and Miyabi. Momoko has always been great live XD)

Now Saki just needs to get a photobook. Seriously Tsunku, too much to ask? Really? *NOT impressed*

Anyway, onto C-ute. Usually I'm not particularly impressed by their singles. They just don't amaze me. Except for their most recent one! I adore it! It's different to what you usually hear from C-ute, and Airi isn't EPICALLY line whoring. (SHOCK! was just stupid. XD) The girls look gorgeous, the song's interesting and it's just pure win! I love it. Airi and Saki are really cute in it, Chisato is amazing. Beautiful and sings really well in it. Maimi is also amazing. Again, sings really well and looks GORGEOUS!!!! She looks mature, in her early twenties and pulls it off wonderfully. (She's only 18.) And MaiMai...is just there...(XD) I never really liked her to be honest. And she gets more lines than Chisato. Not fair. (XD) Oh well. I really need to learn the dance. (XD) Anyway, here's the PV:

End of the School Year

Ok so technically, we've got two weeks left. Or at least 9 days where we have to make our way to school. Doesn't mean we'll actually do work thought. (XD) The next five days will be Enrichment week, and the last four days is when the teachers just can't be bothered. So they stick films on. (=D)

Like I said, it's still two weeks till the end of school, which isn't a long time, but not too short either. But I know this sounds weird, but I knew full well that we had two weeks left, but yesterday it only just properly kicked in, that I only have two weeks left. Which was probably caused by the fact that we got our reports and which forms (or classes if you prefer) yesterday. I'm in 10SS, so I've got the same form tutor as last year. Personally, I don't see it as a bad thing, because it means I don't need to get to know another form tutor. May sound stupid to you, but it makes sense to me. (XD)

My grades were quite good as well. (^^) I managed to get an A* in English! (I rarely get A* in anything XD) The whole situation could be worse. Admittedly I've got some morons in my form next year, but I'll manage. So it's not too bad. It's just slightly scary-ish. Or at least unnerving. To have to go into a new form again, and moving from KS3 to KS4. I know it'll be fine, but still. (XD) Anyway, I have stuff to do.

DecoLa Hopping

Hello all! I'm here today to talk about a recent but bloody brilliant discovery I've made. DecoLa Hopping debuted in 2006, but still aren't too well known. If you have no idea who they are, then that is your loss! DecoLa Hopping is a very unusual sort of band. With VERY talented members. Let's start with the main vocalist Suiya!

Apart from being absolutely fecking adorable, she's amazing. A good start would be the fact that she's a she. Most people will know just how bloody rare a woman is in Visual/Oshare Kei. And she's the main vocalist, the centrepiece if you will. Kudos to her for breaking for the stereotype. (XD) Also, her voice! I don't understand how she does it! She goes from a bloody adorable baby voice to huge screams. Most people think that girls shouldn't scream in songs. Usually I agree with that, but not in Suiya's case. When she screams, she really screams. It took me a little while to realise that it was actually her screaming. I thought it was a male member of the band. (Unfortunately, I have NO IDEA whos' who apart from Suiya. There's not information on them because they're not very well known.) When she's not screaming or putting on her baby voice, her voice is wonderful. It's quite mature, and generally nice to listen to. So she's talented and very cute. What else? Well, there is only one way to describe her. She's a fucking pixie on crack...That is all. (If you watch the video at the end of this post, you'll see what I mean. XD)

Like I said earlier, I have no idea whose who, all I know is I love Suiya and the guy whose on the immediate left of her. (XD) All of them are very talented too, and I adored the drummer (far right) in the 'Kimagure!? Fearism' PV. He was just too cute (X3)

My favourite DecoLa Hopping song just HAS to be Papillion. It's amazing. Pure mind fuck (XD). Suiya is fucking fantastic in this song. (Quick note, believe it or not, ALL vocals are done by her in this song.)

And Kimagure!? Fearism shows off just how hyper she is. (XD) I wasn't a huge fan of it at first. But it's very catchy, and it gets stuck in your head after playing it just once. I love it now (XD)

Torayamuuru is fairly awesome too (=D)

I hope that DecoLa Hopping go far, because I will be supporting them all the way. And now, I leave you with the epic Suiya...And the rest of the band. (XD)

'The Invisible Wall' Review

Hello All! As I mentioned in a previous post, here is my review of 'The Invisible Wall'.

What can I say? I adore it. Although I am just 'a little' biased, seeing as the GazettE are my favourite band...but most people adore it. Usually on YouTube videos there's always a few comments saying stuff like: "OMG i hate the gazette, this is even worse than usual". (I hate those people. If you hate the GazettE, why on EARTH are you looking them up on YouTube? Stop trying to troll people. As funny as it is, it doesn't work on fangirls. They WILL defend their favourite band, and you WILL lose, because they tend to get obsessed...Just saying.) But there's rarely any comments against this video. Most people know that YouTube now has a whole 'liking' system, similar to facebook, except you can dislike the videos if you so wish. On the most watched video of The Invisible Wall, there are 608 likes to 5 dislikes. It's not bad going. Anyway, let's get onto the actual video and song, starting with the band's appearance.

Ok, so from left to right the members are Reita, Aoi, Uruha, Kai and Ruki. Sorry that most of them are blurry, but shockingly, none of them stood still in the video. Aoi, who you can barely see, moves very fast throughout the whole video, and that's the only not-too-blurry image I can get. But anyway...
- Reita's appearance rarely changes, so there isn't much to say about him, except that his hair is done better than usual and his tie is pretty awesome.
- Aoi's hair is a little shorter than usual, I can't say whether I like it or not. His outfit is slightly strange, namely his jacket, which has a weird print on it. It would look terrible on anyone else, but he pulls it off. It's clear it was made for him if you ask me.
- Uruha. Now he's slightly complicated. (I know there is at least one person reading this blog saying "HE!?!?" It's true, he's male.) If you ask me, he looks better than usual. His strange flicky hair is gone and he isn't using a slightly strange facial expression. Either that, or he's stopped using strange make-up. Either is entirely plausible. But this look does suit him better. Maybe he would make a good girl? *laughs*
- Kai's hair is almost the same as it ALWAYS is. Except I think it's a slightly different shade. Luckily, the music video the GazettE released after 'The Invisible Wall', Kai changed his hair, into waist length braids. He shocked everyone. He still looked good though. If anything a little less cute. But recently he's changed back to this style. If I'm honest, I want him to have his (I'm assuming) natural style. There are a couple of videos of the GazettE on YouTube where Kai has pure black dead straight hair, which just covers his eyes. If you ask me, he looks unbelievably adorable. Although I suppose that looking adorable wouldn't fit the lyrics at all (More on that later).
- Ruki. Why we've gotten to the ever famous midget! Everyone loves him for it, including me. He changes his style (especially his hair) not only to see what suits him, but to see what makes him taller. That's why he got dreadlocks and put them in a ponytail. Because it gave him a couple inches of height. How could you not love him!? That's just pure adorableness. But back onto his appearance in THIS video. It's hard to tell his current hair colour as the the lighting in both scenes could change it. It's either a sandy/dirty sort of blonde or a mousy sort of brown...I think. His outfit is simple yet epic. His bunny necklace definitely earns him bonus points, as do his awesome blue contacts.

I won't say much about the song, seeing as everyone's opinion when it comes to songs are completely different. But if you ask me the song itself is awesome, and the instrumental in the middle of the song works perfectly with the music video. The music video is pretty damn awesome too. The two main scenes are both great, with nice bold colours and interesting lighting. The main colours are blue, red, black with a bit of gold. In the red scene the lighting is evenly spread out while in the first scene (the blue rainy one) the lighting is directed to the band member in the middle.

The video is awesome, and it works really well with the music. I'm not sure how well it works with the song if I'm honest though. (I'm currently trying to decipher the lyrics. *laughs* Anyone who knows the GazettE well know that they tend to have very encrypted, emotionally heavy lyrics.) So far, what I've got from the lyrics is:

The song is about a person described as a pig (Making the person seem disgusting) who has committed tons of crimes including murdering children. The lyrics (♫ In the maze without an end ♫) seem to describe that this person is stuck in a corner (in life) and that they may as well die. Throughout this song the words "Sorrow made you" are repeated. There's the saying that those who were abused as a child, abuse their own children. Maybe it's relating to that in some way? (Which would link to the lyrics about the person murdering children.) I haven't analysed all of the lyrics but it does seem to be quite a serious song. It has a lot of depth.

Personally, I love the video and the song. But you can make up your own mind. Here:

Exams and Coursework

Hello all! Just a quick post from me..for now. (XD)
So finally, exams have gotten out of my hair. I still have some assessments to go through, but I can deal with those a lot better than exams (Especially subjects like Art.) Unfortunately I still have coursework. The good side of this is that it's reviewing a music video in three different styles and then doing a commentary. Not the hardest thing to do. At least in my opinion. The different styles are blog, tabloid and broadsheet. This does mean that later today, (or tomorrow depending on how much I manage to procrastinate) I'll be posting a review on here of the GazettE's 'The Invisible Wall'.

I don't care if you know the GazettE, or if you do or don't like them, but I would really apprieciate comments. Can be on anything, whether you agree or disagree with points, how can I imrove on the review itself, I don't mind. But I warn you, I'll probably print some of the comments out, so be careful, and preferably, no profanities. (XD) Anyway, I'm off now, hopefully I shall finish the review today (XD)

Miyavi's Releasing a New Single!!

Yayz! Apparently Miyavi hasn't released something properly for three years, and this is his first time releasing with EMI, which makes it a huge deal. I'm just happy we get to hear a new song. (XD) Although I can see why he's been busy . He's got a daughter who'll be 1 in July and he's currently on a 60 dates tour. I can't imagine how exauhsted he must be. (XD) The new single is called Torture, and it will be released in September. He performed it for the first time on the 6th of June (I think) and there was a Youtube video posted on the 15th of June.
It's not the best quality, but it gives you a good idea of just how epic his new single is. (XD) I love it at any rate. (XD)

Miyavi hasn't announced what day in September 'Torture' is coming out, but I can't wait. (XD)

Indeed, but first a quick update. (Has been too long. I'll probably rant about the exams being over at some point XD) As I've explained, you can get otaku points, by however I decide to award them. (Although I'll mainly do it by 'guess the characters' or something along those lines) But to allow more people to get otaku points, whenever you post a comment guessing the answer, whether it's correct or not I'll delete it. That way, I can see whether you know the answer, give you the points for it, while allowing other people to try and get rewarded too. It's all good. (XD) Anyway...

Otaku Points

Hello all!
Ok, so in the previous post as a joke I said 'whoever guesses who this is correctly gets 5 otaku points' or something along those lines. But then I had a strange sort of brainwave. (It happens occasionally XD)

Basically I'm going to have a points system where when you get a certain amount of points, you win something (XD) I'm not sure how many points to do at the moment...but I'll probably do it so it's 150 points or so for a drawing and a 1000 for a cosplay or something. I'll draw anything or cosplay anything within reason. I might have other prizes, but I need suggestions, because I fail epically. (XD) Can anyone else think of any prizes? Or different point amounts for the rewards. Whatever. I'll take any suggestions (XD)

All I know for definite is that I'll have a list on the right side with all the people who have otaku points, and how many they have. That does mean that whenever you're trying to win otaku points, you'll have to use a name, it doesn't matter if it's a screen name (^^)

Anyway, I'm off to play Tekken.

Exams

So. Sensible people would have started revising ages ago and would have learnt everything for my upcoming exams. Have I done this? HAHA, I'm fecked. Especially for my I.T. exam on Monday. Usually I never revise for any exams or tests, but GCSE exams are a slightly different case. It's only my A-levels and (potentially) my career on the line. So depressingly I'm taking a trip down to cram all you can from the textbook in the last couple of days. Not really the way I want to spend the weekend but hey.

And the Monday after this I'll be doing my science modules. All of the buggers, Biology, Chemistry and Physics. Probably in that order. I shouldn't fail those, thank God. I'm better at science than I am I.T. All these exams are really stressful. (I'm so unbelievably screwed next year DX And Year 11, there are tons of exams DX) That's why I wasn't in school on Friday. Illness caused by stress. I can't wait for the next two weeks to be over, because after that there will only be 13 and a 1/2 days left of school, and 5 of those days are enrichment week. (I think...) So that shouldn't be too bad (^^) Out of interest, who else is screwed for these exams? XD

Photo Editing/PhotoShop

Yep, Photoshop. Well it would be photoshop, if I had the software...but I don't. (XD) In my case it's photo editing, but it's the same sort of thing. We were doing it in an I.T. lesson the other day and I couldn't help but be interested. (I'm interested in photography, and I'm pretty sure those two go hand in hand.) So I decided to try and do some at home, to find we have no photoshop software. So I tried it using photo editing software, and I've got the same sort of results. I did different effects to the same picture, and I like them all (XD) But which one do you think is better? (There's a poll on the side. Or you can just comment, don't care which XD) I know the editing is not perfect, but that's the point of practising isn't it? Here's the different outcomes:

The War Against Risako

Damn, second post in a day. Oh well, after this I probably won't post much anyway. Besides this is starting to REALLY get on my nerves. Most people who know me know that I'm not the biggest Risako fan, but it's getting ridiculous. Risako Sugaya is NOT fat. Come on people. Ok, I admit that she has put on a little weight recently, and now can be classed as slightly chubby, at least compared to the rest of Berryz Koubou. But have you people actually thought this through!? It amazes me that these two photos, with only a couple more started this whole feud against Risako.

Ok, shall we look at this logically before pointing going 'OMG she's put on so much weight! She's getting really fat!!' Seriously. What. The. Fuck. Think about these:

Possible Reason 1: She's putting on puppy fat or baby fat as some people call it. For those who are unfamiliar with the phrase, puppy fat is effectively why babies tend to be chubby. They put on more weight and eat more food than they usually would, to grow it off. So they eat tons for a couple months or so, and then it all stretches out as they grow. She's only 16, it's more than likely that she's still growing, so there's a possibility that it's a last minute growth spurt. Because it is possible to about 10 centimetres in two months. (I would know, I did that >.< It really hurts to grow fast >.<)

Possible Reason 1 and 1/2: Putting on puppy fat, in order to grow out, instead of up. It's perfectly plausible for her to be developing her curves, like I said before, she's only 16.

Possible Reason 2: Stress from being who she is. Usually stress leads to weight-loss, but really does depend on the person. Being a teenage girl, I can sympathize completely with Risako. It's way too easy to turn to chocolate or cakes or something along those lines. If you turn to comfort food often enough, it become common place. Obviously, I don't know what it's like to be in Berryz Koubou, but it has to be stressful. She's the front girl of Berryz Koubou and the youngest one. There's a hell of a lot of pressure on her to do well and look 'right'.

Possible Reason 3: Exam stress. I definitely know this one. Being 16, Risako is almost definitely doing life changing exams (I don't know the Japanese education system very well, but it's not going to be completely different.) A lot of people seem to forgot that the idols do other stuff than just sing and dance, they do actually have lives. If Risako was to fail every single exam she takes this year (I'm not saying she will) she could be completely screwed. If she can't get her important exams right, and she wants to leave H!P, she's stuck. So that's worrying. Plus, it's way too easy to snack while revising.

Possible Reason 4: Depression/Confusion. Ok, so this is the least likely and I do doubt it, but it's still plausible. Most people know that if your in H!P you can't have a boyfriend, or be romantically involved with someone (I have no idea whether the contract says just boys or people in general but whatever.) Risako auditioned for H!P when she was 8. The chances of her ever having had a boyfriend is ridiculously low. Unfortunately, teenage girls tend to have a huge amount of hormones. As far as I'm aware, humans tend to be designed so that they have some sort of sexual (there's no point lying here or tip-toeing around the point) release. It's true. It's a fact of life. Not only do humans have sex for offspring, but for pleasure too. There have been experiments, and quite a few have shown that a human can change from being straight to gay depending on the circumstances. (I remind you that I doubt this, but it is entirely plausible) It could be that having barely any access to guys, or at least a lot less access to guys, is pushing her towards girls. Although being homosexual or bisexual is slowly becoming more accepted, it still causes issues. The average human is straight. So there is the chance that Risako is getting more interested in girls than guys, which is confusing her. (Let's face it, most if not all girls when they're little all watch or read fairy tales about finding Prince Charming.) If she is turning towards girls, then she's becoming part of the minority which may make her feel slightly alone. Confused, but with no one to talk to, because it'll probably be an awkward/nerve wracking conversation. Which could lead to her getting depressed. Even if it's mild depression, just feeling down is enough to turn to comfort food. So maybe that's why.

Possible Reason 5: She's putting on more muscle. With all the dancing, it's entirely possible.

The point is, she is not getting fat. Like I said before she is/had put on weight, but there are tons of different complications that could lead to that. No one can know someone completely. For all we know she could be suffering from an eating disorder. If it is one of the first 4 (and a half) reasons, don't you think reading tons of comments and posts would make it even worse? If you really are her fan, don't you think you should support her? What annoys me the most is all of the Western people commenting on her weight. Just because she's slightly chubbier than some people in Japan you get the right to make jokes and stuff about her weight? No. The only reason she's being singled out is because she's famous. If you think about all the overweight people in the Western side of the world, Risako is nothing. If she walked around in London, no one would think she's fat. The minute you put her with Japanese people she's chubby. Seriously, what the hell. I wish people would think things through. Because I think you'll find, regardless of the fact she's put on a bit of weight, she's still very beautiful and talented. Her weight should not be this much of an issue.

Berryz Koubou's New Look

Anyone who doesn't know Berryz Koubou will probably be completely uninterested by this post. Like I care. (XD) Anyway, a photo of Berryz has been released about an hour ago (I love the fact that their company gives updates so regularly) I'm not sure whether it's going to be the single cover (Or at least, one of the covers. Last single they had 4 different editions.) or whether these are the outfits they'll be wearing, all I know is it's almost definitely associated with their new single 'Maji Bomber'. (I know there's been some confusion on what their new single is called, but I'm fairly sure it's Maji Bomber.) Here's the picture!

I have a couple of observations:

Chinami: Her hair...tis a tad strange. But I don't know whether I like it or not. But I can see it being a bit like marmite. (XD) Some fans will love it, some will hate it.To be honest, I think the only reason I'm not sure about her hair is because her clothes don't suit it (XD) If you ask me, she should be wearing a different top, because the one she's wearing really isn't very flattering. Her incredibly tiny ~~belt~~ skirt, however works quite well, seeing as she potentially has the best legs, in the whole of Hello!Project.

Risako: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!! WHAT THE HELL HAVE YOU DONE!?!? Some of you may know that I'm not a fan of her having a fringe (or bangs if you prefer) and after I saw these pictures of her, I'd thought she had gotten rid of the silly thing...

Why the hell does she have it back again!? And even worse this time! In Watashi no Mirai no Danna-Sama, it didn't look too bad, but clearly, it's back with a vengeance. All I can say is, if Risako goes anywhere near me when I have scissors, she better freaking run. (XD)

Momoko: Does your appearance ever fecking change!? You looked like that when you were about 13. I mean come on!

Saki: She's killed her hair too. No where near as bad as Risako, but if you ask me, she's had much better hair styles.

Maasa: This photo doesn't do her justice. I've seen videos of her in the company studios, and her hair looked a lot better in them, if you ask me, as photos go, this is a bad one.

Miyabi: I love the whole rocker chick thing she has going on! And I'm SO glad you got rid of those absolutely horrific curly long hair extensions. I prefer her hair without any extensions, but these ones do look a lot better. They're a step in the right direction. (XD) Her hair colour is looking pretty awesome too.

Yurina: She's looking even more beautiful than usual! Although if you ask me, she should have a darker hair colour, deep brown/black suits her better. Well in my opinion.

It's a shame there are no decent photos of the new single covers, but here's quite a reasonable one.

Fuck it. That picture decided it (XD) Chinami's new look = WIN! These really do promise a good PV, and I really can't wait. For me, it'll be Chinami, Miyabi and Yurina (And maybe Maasa) who will stand out this time. I hope they get more screen time. Risako abomination of a fringe does not deserve excessive screen time. (XD)

Hello and welcome! This is my new blog 'Big Bowl Of Stuff'. I have no doubt that I will post irregularly, and it will be about whatever I want. (XD) It'll probably focus on Music, Anime/Manga, Movies (Occasionally) and whatever else I feel like. I'll probably do a bit on cosplay, but not much, as I already have/am part of a blog for that: ECCG

Now, I'm not perfect, so there will be the odd spelling mistake here or there, and grammar will be all over the place, but hopefully, it should entertain you. (XD) Some people may have noticed the sort of blogging system I have here. Well writing system. I put all the emoticons in brackets and the stuff I want in brackets in italics (but still with brackets). I do these to try and make it easier to read.
