Tsunku, you FAIL!

What's this? A blog post!! Indeed, it has been quite a while, and I apologize, but tough. (XD) First post in ages is a rant. Oh well. (XD)

Some people may have guessed what this post is about from the title alone. Recently-ish Tsunku showed up on stage during a Hello! Project 2010 SUMMER ~Fankora! Kobe Basho Yoru~ concert. To completely fuck up Morning Musume. Well done dumbass. Tsunku has decided to graduate not one, not two, but three girls. Leaving only 5 left. I'd like to point out during the 'golden era' of morning musume, the most it had was 16 girls, and now there are 5? Ok, so there are going to be auditions for new girls, but how well is that going to turn out? Tsunku's asking for 10-17 year olds to audition. Excuse me, but 10!? Ai's 24! Risa and Sayumi are 21, Reina's 20 and Aika is 17. One of Morning Musume's recent singles is about seducing a prince, the lyrics are basically saying instead of unrequited love, let's share lust! And there are 10 year olds auditioning!? I see a small flaw here. Ai's a full grown 24 year old woman, she really doesn't belong singing childish 'fun' songs with 10 year olds.

Quite frankly, Morning Musume is fucked. It doesn't make any sense graduating these girls. Well Eri Kamei, is different. She has a serious health problem, so I can understand her leaving. I don't want her to, but I can see why she is. But Junjun and Linlin!? WTF. Both can sing really well (Linlin's better than Junjun quite frankly.) and both of them are simply awesome. They have great personalities, they're both beautiful, and they're both entertaining. And Tsunku decides they should go back to China? SCREW YOU. I know that they miss their family and stuff, but I don't think they want to leave Morning Musume. From what I've read, it sounds like they don't get a choice. I adore Junjun and Linlin! And now they're leaving. Tsunku, you really do suck. And now so does Morning Musume. Member analysis (In age order):

Ai Takahashi: She's gorgeous, she has an amazing voice, she's a geek and she has a cute personality. All of this = EPIC IDOL. But like I said earlier, she doesn't belong with 10 year olds. She deserves to show off her voice. She's awesome, I don't know what the new girls will do to her...

Junjun (Real name = Chun Li): Leaving. When she REALLY shouldn't be. She's an awesome singer, and has a great personality. She's really fun to watch. She's the fecking badass of the group! You can't get rid of her. Just not fair. I'm glad she planning on having a solo career in China though. I will be ready to support her. I want to see her carry on.

Risa Niigaki: She's basically a younger Ai. (XD) I adore her voice, just like Ai's, and she's obviously beautiful too. I'm hoping she won't be effected, but she doesn't really belong with 10 year olds either. Her voice is way too powerful for children to possibly compare with. 

Eri Kamei: One of the girls leaving. A huge shame too. She's got quite a cute voice, and she's really beautiful. Admittedly she doesn't really have a memorable personality, but I'll be sad to see her go.

Sayumi Michishige: The cutest bitch I'll ever know. (Seriously.) She thinks the cutest person in the world, and she makes sure people know it. The annoying thing? She's too cute to get mad at. She's adorable, but obsessed with herself. The only reason she got recruited into Morning Musume is the first place was because she was cute. She can't even sing very well. So she REALLY can't replace Eri and become a front girl. however I think she'll work quite well with younger members. Assuming she doesn't scare them that is...

Reina Tanaka: The other cute one. (XD) I really think she should stay in Morning Musume. She's cute, she's got a cute voice, and I know she gets on well with the Berryz. All of which are younger than her. So logically she'd work quite well with new children. She'd fit in anyway. Or she could always form a trio with Ai and Risa. (More on that later.)

Linlin (Real name = Qian Lin): REALLY annoyed that she's leaving. She can sing REALLY well and Tsunku never really gave her a chance to show it. She's wonderfully hyper, which makes her very entertaining and she is gorgeous. So far I haven't read or heard any news about her starting a career in China, but I hope she does. She deserves one.

Aika Mitsui: Oh, she used to be so cute. I have no idea how old this photo is! (XD) I love her hair like this, and it makes her look cute. But recently she dyed her hair brunette and keeps showing her forehead. Believe me, that's really not so cute. Plus her smile is slightly creepy. She has an usual voice. Kinda cute, but unusual. She's got quite a cute personality, but not many people like her. So she can't really pull off being a front girl. But she is the youngest, and would probably get on really well with new members, so she'll probably keep on going the way she has been.


So, Morning Musume will fail...UNLESS! I recently discovered a Morning Musume song, called Take Off is Now! Ai, Risa and Reina form a trio to sing an epic, if a little slutty, song. It's quite frankly amazing. It shows the girls off, and it makes it fairly obvious they don't belong singing with children. Because I can't embed the video, here's the link: Take Off is Now!


So what Tsunku could do is split Morning Musume up. Into Ai, Risa and Reina who could form a trio. While Sayumi and Aika take the new members and see what happens...I don't think it'll end well, but at least Ai, Risa and Reina would be safe! (XD)

Well Morning Musume are potentially very screwed, but at least Berryz Koubou and C-ute are doing well! (XD) Berryz Koubou have been getting better live. (Especially Saki and Miyabi. Momoko has always been great live XD)




Now Saki just needs to get a photobook. Seriously Tsunku, too much to ask? Really? *NOT impressed*

Anyway, onto C-ute. Usually I'm not particularly impressed by their singles. They just don't amaze me. Except for their most recent one! I adore it! It's different to what you usually hear from C-ute, and Airi isn't EPICALLY line whoring. (SHOCK! was just stupid. XD) The girls look gorgeous, the song's interesting and it's just pure win! I love it. Airi and Saki are really cute in it, Chisato is amazing. Beautiful and sings really well in it. Maimi is also amazing. Again, sings really well and looks GORGEOUS!!!! She looks mature, in her early twenties and pulls it off wonderfully. (She's only 18.) And MaiMai...is just there...(XD) I never really liked her to be honest. And she gets more lines than Chisato. Not fair. (XD) Oh well. I really need to learn the dance. (XD) Anyway, here's the PV:
